1. RETURN POLICY

Please contact citewear.com before returning any items.

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used, no refund will be issued. Make sure to include your contact information when returning a product. If possible, include a tracking number and a brief description of the issue.

citewear.com recommends obtaining a receipt and a package ID from the shipping provider, as this makes it easier to track the package if necessary. citewear.com will refund valid returns. If you have paid via Klarna, it the invoice will be amended.

1.2 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Examples of non-returnable items include gift cards.

1.3 SHIPPING

To return your product, you will need proof of purchase. 

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes to receive a replacement may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning an item valued at over 700 SEK, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

1.4 DELIVERY

We offer fast and reliable shipping worldwide. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped with trusted carriers. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can expect your order within 3-7 business days for most destinations.

All prices are listed in SEK, and international customers may be subject to customs fees depending on their country’s regulations.

2. REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

2.1 REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

2.2 PARTIAL REFUNDS

In some cases, only partial refunds will be issued (if applicable):

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

2.3 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, as it can take some time before the refund is processed. Then contact your credit card provider and your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at webbshop@citewear.com.

2.4 SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

2.5 EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at webbshop@citewear.com 

2.6 GIFTS

If the item was paid with a giftcard when purchased, you will receive a gift card for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you the gift card.
